Our bodies are affected by the foods we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe, the sunshine we’re exposed to and many other things within those environments themselves. All of these combined, affect the materials that form the body’s very building blocks themselves. Namely, cells. When we consistently eat in a way that is not healthy, we are affecting more than our waistlines, we are affecting the quality of the body we are creating to take us into our futures.
Plant Based- (Electric) Foods Have been proven to reverse the effects of “dead” or “acidic” foods. Some of the culprits of these dead building blocks are: yeast, synthetic or processed items, alcohol, sugar, iodized salt and preparing foods fried have a major effect as well.
It’s never too late to start making healthy changes. Even if one is an offender of some of the previously listed “culprit” items, there is no need to despair. Often committing to removing or (reducing) use of a less desirable item or habit will lead to further desire to eliminate others! Remember it is a journey. The body has a great memory of balance (health) and has the ability to improve and heal if provided with the proper building blocks and care. One better decision at a time will get you where you need to be! Be encouraged along your path!
