Do not expect to live your “Best Life”if you are not being your “Best Self”. It takes hard work and dedication to work on yourself enough to take responsibility for your *Own Life. Be Dedicated to loving yourself enough to make it real!
Personally, I have started incorporating more fruits and veggies in the form of smoothies and stir fry recipes, and substituting quinoa instead of rice into some of my dishes. I have also increased my water intake. Lately I have been making time for quiet contemplation and have began a list of positive self talk which will help me to be more efficient in meeting my goals.
